The SUPER LARGE room with; living room, dressing room, bedroom with king-size bed, 2 balconies, very quiet compared to other hotels and that there was wedding, wc with shower and jacuzzi apart. the super large dressing room, the sofas in the living room very well, minibar included in the price, and without surcharges, possibility of access to its splendid spa, dinner very light but perfect because it was not copious, nor scarce.
Especially I would emphasize that they should not change so much staff, especially in reception, because you give them indications to call you at an hour in the wake-up service, and then they tell you that they have called you, and of course you are unable to have breakfast, because between one and another they do not realize the requests for wake-up time, and it is a pity that after having paid for it, you cannot make use of that meal, and I REITERATE it, because it has happened to me three times already. And they didn't even give me the option to have a coffee in the cafeteria for free...

From the outside you can see that it is a well-kept hotel, outside is very nice, with good details. staff that assisted us was very nice. From the hotel and spa receptionists to the waiters who were at the restaurant El Zaguan. We had half board, dinner with first and second menu and dessert + coffee. I liked the dinner with good quality and quantity plus they left you the bottle of wine. At the beginning, water was coming in, we asked for coke and they didn't charge us for it. I think these are details that are worth pointing out, I repeat that the treatment of the waiters was exquisite, outstanding and friendly. breakfast was a buffet with many quality things, I have no complaints, pastries, salty, fruit... everything and rich.. We also had a 2 hour spa pass. They put tea in the entrance, I think is a great detail. I've never been to one of those before. It's big, every part works well, with lots of options of jets, bubbles, pools, saunas and so on. ambience is achieved. It's very clean, careful and they explain it to you when you enter, because I didn't know how it worked.
I have two complaints from the spa:. 1-The water didn't seem to be very clear.. 2-The number of people there were. It was crowded almost every stage of the circuit. And although it relaxes, being with "50 people" makes you lose a little bit of the essence of what you're going for. You had to queue up and people were putting pressure on you to change from one stage to another. There was also the noise of disco music in certain parts of the spa, especially in the jet showers, I do not understand but the fact is that you could hear .. My opinion is that they could try to limit the access to make it more relaxing, more environmental.

Value for money! This place is so modern and doesn't break the bank. 🤑 the staff, especially the front desk receptionists, are super friendly and ready to assist. Plus, the location right in the heart of the action makes it really convenient for exploring.

In this charming village nestled in the valley of the Guadarrama River, I had the pleasure of staying at a 4-star hotel connected to the convention center. The hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a beautifully designed garden complex with predominantly indigenous groves. It felt like stepping into a tranquil oasis, surrounded by cobbled paths and small squares with fountains.
Toy cleanliness.

Finally found a hotel with Roman mosaics, Renaissance elements, and paddle tennis. Shuttle to airport was a nice touch. Free WiFi made it feel like the 21st century!
Who needs drinks in the room? I loved waking up with a dry mouth.

During our recent stay at the hotel, we experienced a great spa facility that was amazing. The spa provided a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, great to unwind after a long journey. The comfortable and clean room added to the overall pleasant stay. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we would still recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The property is really beautiful, with nice gardens and fountains, and also functional indoor spaces. The room was very large, equipped with big closets and a nice bathroom, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The decorations for the congregation were sweet, and the personnel were very helpful and nice at all times.
The only thing I missed for my work was a business center or a dedicated workspace.

The staff was super cool and helpful. They let us check-in early and even held our luggage after check-out. The breakfast was lit, with so many options to choose from. The rooms were clean and comfy, perfect for catching up on sleep after exploring the epic city of Toledo - legit a World Heritage Site!
The only thing we wished for was more nightlife around the hotel. We're young party people, and after a day of outdoor activities and exploring Toledo, we wanted to continue the fun vibe closer to the hotel.
